£15 + VAT per half hour (Monday to Friday 8am-7pm)
£60 Callout fee.
Calls to 0844 cost 5p per minute at all times.
Remote Technical Support connection charge £30 per hour
Minimum charge for remote support = £10 (billed in minute increments @ £0.50p, Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm)
All prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5% unless otherwise stated.
