Ad-hoc remote and onsite technical support is available same-day/next-day Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm with the addition of our 24hr emergency callout response service. Our professional and friendly team of technicians will be more than happy to help you out at any level of support.


Onsite Charges
Callout charge £70 (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00)
£20 per 15 minute blocks thereafter (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm)

Remote Technical Support PAYG from EESSIS®


By using our remote support technology over 90% of support calls made to EESSIS can be carried out without our engineers actually visiting your premises, saving your valuable time and money. RemoteTechnical Support Help Desk


Using our remote support software will allow one of our experienced technicians the ability to connect to and remotely control your workstation or server. Our remote support software does not require installation, is under 500kb in size, fully secured to Full AES128 Bit Key encryption and is extremely easy to use.

The cost for remote support is £1 per minute and will last for no longer than 20 minutes (additional 20 minute sessions can be requested if required)
